A New Chapter: inspirella

Why now?

Good question. Times change, so do we, our opinions, our perspectives, and somehow, it's important to be in the right time at the right place. And let me tell you, this feels like exactly that moment. Let's rewind: In 2010, I finished my master’s degree in business and management at the MCI in Austria and vowed to take a break from formal education. But my spirit is restless! By year-end of 2010, I was diving into a program on supervision, coaching, and organizational development. When I finished that postgraduate diploma in 2012, I figured it wouldn't be my professional path, but a seed was planted.

Life's Adventures (2013 onwards)

Fast forward to 2013: my move to Ecuador, a dramatic life shift! Life took flight! I built a thrilling adventure tourism business in Ecuador (what a ride!) – andean summit adventure, shared my knowledge as a lecturer at university for three years, and explored the business consulting world. These experiences were exhilarating, all of them in professional fields that I was always attracted to.

Reigniting the Flame (2018-2024)

The call grew stronger, and in 2018 I enrolled in the master’s upgrade for supervision and coaching at the University of Vienna’s Post Graduate Center. But life has its detours. My adventure business boomed post-pandemic, and a long-term relationship ended, refocusing my priorities. During this time of self-discovery, an old passion of mine, astrology, became a powerful tool for personal growth. Now, in 2024, the final call arrived: the post graduate program is ending – my last chance to graduate as a Master of Arts in coaching and supervision from the University of Vienna. This isn't just about the degree; it's a chance to follow this subtle long-time calling and update my theoretical expertise for the current times.

Meanwhile, time has changed, and so have I. It feels like the perfect moment to give it a go. I've always thrived on creating new ventures, and new challenges always energized me. The past few years were about consolidation and saying goodbye to some things. But the craving for something new grew stronger, and "inspirella" was born. Now, my expertise is deeper, my personality far more seasoned, and I feel empowered to offer my guidance, especially in these times of increasing complexity.
