Systemic Coaching

Systemic coaching is defined by coach and author, John Whittington, as an approach to coaching which, “coaches the individual client or team with the system in mind - exploring the part in the whole, and the whole in the part - so as to unlock the potential and performance of both.” Systemic coaching considers the larger system in which we all operate.

Driven by her passion for finance, sales, and project management, inspirella started her career in 2001 at a company that was soon acquired by General Electric. Throughout her professional life, she held roles in international companies of varying sizes, consistently occupying interface positions. Her daily work involved coordinating and communicating effectively between diverse departments. Lateron she transitioned into strategic and leadership roles. Her expertise combined with her ability to navigate complex situations made her a valuable asset to her teams. Colleagues and friends often sought her counsel on professional and personal matters, appreciating her insightful opinions and problem-solving approach.

In 2010, following the completion of her Business Administration studies, Elisabeth started a formal certification in Supervision, Coaching, and Organizational Development. The two-year postgraduate diploma program, recognized by the Austrian Professional Association of Supervisors and Coaches (ÖVS), served as an ideal complement to her academic background, equipping her to navigate complex business environments more effectively.
